TESTIMONIALS
SIMON

I am not a particularly religious person, but I swear Harry Crouch is an Angel!

I contacted Harry looking for help with my current divorce case. He made time for
me straight away, and went on to explain the process, the challenges and how he
could help. He presented the information, in a clear no nonsense way; at last
someone who gave the reality of going through divorce with children, and the
courts system.

Harry explained to me the importance of the mediation process, and we had two
long sessions preparing for my mediation meeting.  By the morning of the
mediation, I was feeling a little nervous, but confident Harry had prepped me well.
Everything went pretty much how Harry had described, and I used all his
techniques, from body language to time lines.

The outcome was better than I could ever have imagined, and it was all due to
Harry's commitment to me getting a fair hearing.

If you are in any doubt about using Harry's services, don't be - your kids are worth  it.
I couldn't of done it without you Harry!

Eternally grateful,

Simon

Harry in particular and the California Men’s Center San Diego in general have been
a fantastic and very needed source of support and information. This helped me to
better deal with the abusive situation surrounding my son's life. I got facts and I was
explained several things of how "the system works" which helped me make better
decisions. When I went to court the first time I had the naive idea that
courts=justice. Thanks to Harry and the CMCSD I realized that my situation was the
norm rather than the exception; this gave me strength, support and focus for which I
am very thankful.

Dear Harry... just wanted to take a few minutes and say thank you for getting me out
of a very dangerous situation. I feel so much better, I didn't think I could feel this
way again and that I was stuck in a very bad nightmare. Things are looking up for
me now. I start school this month which is what I wanted to do when I was there.
Your organization has been a very big help and all men that are a violent marriage
or don't have anyone else to turn to should seek you guys out. Once again thank
you.

PETER

When I had really bad times with my life and wife I was introduced to Harry Crouch
of the California Men's Center San Diego. Mr. Crouch helped me and my four kids
with my divorce, custody, and actually myself too. The team at the Men's Center
really came to my aide and always listened to my problems about everything going
on in my life. I pray those problems don't continue, but if they do I will go back to
the Men's Center for more help. Harry and his team were really good working with
me and my children, helped keep me level, and helped me through the legal
process. My four girls and I now stop by the Center just to say Hi. I would recommend
the Men's Center anytime and anyplace.

With Prayers from The Girls, Maddison,
Valerie, April, and Summer.

Thank You Very Much
Peter B.

NOTE: Peter gained 100% physical and legal custody of his four daughters. We
helped him get a restraining order, helped him get it served, and helped him
through other legal processes.

“Call Harry Crouch, he’ll help,” said Jan from the National Domestic Abuse
Hotline. What an understatement. Disingenuous attorneys, prejudiced family
mediation counselors, a wife with BPD had led me to a state of utter confusion.
“All I want is what best for my child,” I said to myself as if a lone voice in the
wilderness.

Brains scrambled, I called Harry. A voice in my darkness hour, he helped me
gain composure and take charge of an out of control situation - inside a
contradictory system where family counselors advocate co-parent harmony and
the court system foster confrontation, an incompatible dichotomy. Harry then
delivered genuine concern and calm clear accurate advice from one who has
obviously been in the trenches, one whose dedication to what’s right takes
priority over financial gain. Harry is a genuine hero, not just for me, but also and
more importantly for our child. His voice of experience made sense of a mind-
numbing situation during a nonsensical legal experience by providing candid
guidance at a pivotal point in the pursuit of what is best for our child.

Harry makes sense of those who speak from behind $200 ties. Who at times treat
their employers (us) like idiots, taking advantage of our lack of legal knowledge,
competitiveness with disregard for what is best for father, mother and child.
Harry reduces doubt, which decrease fear and eases stress and sets you
straight about who works for whom so you can approach your representation,
your employee, in an appreciative yet non-confrontational manner exhibiting
assertiveness and confidence while expressing the fact that your representation
works for you.

Regardless of the outcome of the trail, I have sincere gratitude and appreciation
for Harry’s no-nonsense advice and genuine caring,

Sincerely,

Phil Baker

My name is Eddy Montgomery.
I just wanted to personally thank
Harry Crouch for helping me. I
have a three year old son who I
love with all my heart. His
mother was trying to take the
one person that I work so hard to
raise and support out of my life.
Not knowing anything about
mediation (court ordered child
custody Family Support
Services mediation) I came to
Harry. The tools he provided me
helped me to still have an
active roll in my son's life. Harry
helped get me get 50/50 joint
legal and physical custody.
There is no doubt in my mind
that I could not have gone
through this and had so much
success without Harry's
assistance.

Three years and still going
I've been embroiled in a
debilitating contentious divorce
and child custody battle for
several years, all to the
detriment of my children and
self. I would like people to know
that the Men's Center is the only
place I've found that deals with
gender discrimination within
the legal system, particularly
the Family Court System. The
Center is a growing alliance of
men and women forging ahead
to make our system of justice
more equitable and less costly
and traumatic for all involved,
particularly men and their
children. Over the last year and
a half Center staff have helped
me with documents and
provided morale support,
including accompanying me
hearings when needed. I have
regularly attended evening
meetings, made numerous new
acquaintances and friends, all
of whom share similar
experiences to mine. If you
have a similar situation call the
Men's Center and see if they
can help.

Another reason we do what
we do
My husband (Dr. Enrique
Terrazas) is a victim of Paternity
Fraud. He appeared on Good
Morning America and ABC
News Now, as well as, several
interviews for the Times. I
applaud you for fighting. These
women need to be punished
and put in jail! Please don't
stop the fight! I want to see my
husband have his day in court
and receive restitution for all his
suffering. These women are
despicable and are not fit
mothers. Shame on anyone
who supports the lie.

Harry Crouch is the first
name when it comes to
mind when it comes to
Family Court Services
(FCS) prep.

Harry is dependable and
reliable and has a real
interest in helping people
get through the process.

Harry spends quality time
with my clients preparing
them for mediation.
